Why we exist

NexHires is a recruitment partner across two countries. In India, we help companies hire the best local talent anywhere in the country, from Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Pune to Delhi NCR, Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, and every emerging tech hub in between. In the United States, we help companies hire US-based employees in all 50 states, from New York, San Francisco, and Austin to Seattle, Chicago, Boston, Denver, and fully remote. Most of what we do is domestic hiring done well in each market. And when a role genuinely calls for it, we also connect talent across borders with full visa and relocation support, one capability, not the whole story. Either way, we vet employers for compliance and candidates for skill and intent, then handle the contracts and paperwork so both sides can focus on the work.
