This policy applies to visitors to our websites, job seekers who create profiles or apply to roles, employers and their representatives who post roles or manage accounts, and NexHires staff using our internal tools.

• Account information, name, email address, password, and role (employer, job seeker, or staff).
• Job-seeker information, profile details, work history, skills, location and relocation preferences, visa/work-authorization status, résumé/CV, and application materials.
• Employer information, company name, contact details, billing information, job requisitions, and hiring feedback.
• Usage data, pages viewed, searches run, device and browser information, IP address, and interactions, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
• Communications, messages, support requests, and interview or scheduling details you share with us.

3. How we use your information

• Operate the platform, create and manage accounts, publish roles, and match candidates to employers.
• Facilitate hiring, share candidate profiles with relevant employers and manage the recruitment pipeline.
• Support cross-border hiring, assess visa, sponsorship, relocation, and compliance requirements.
• Communicate, send service messages, application updates, and (with consent where required) marketing.
• Improve and secure, analyze usage, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.

4. Legal bases for processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of a contract with you; your consent (which you may withdraw); our legitimate interests in operating and improving NexHires; and compliance with legal obligations.

5. How we share information

• With employers, a job seeker’s profile and application are shared with the employers whose roles they apply to, or whom we match them with.
• With service providers, hosting, database, analytics, communications, and payment providers acting on our instructions.
• For legal reasons, to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights and safety of users and the public.
• Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. International data transfers

Because NexHires serves India and the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in either country. We use appropriate safeguards for such transfers as required by applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act and relevant US state privacy laws.
