These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the NexHires platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
By accessing or using NexHires, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use NexHires on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
You must be of legal working age and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
NexHires facilitates connections between Employers and Job Seekers across India and the United States, and may provide screening, sponsorship guidance, compliance support, relocation, and payroll services. NexHires is a facilitator; we do not employ Job Seekers on behalf of Employers unless expressly agreed in a separate written contract.
You agree not to: post false, misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful content; harvest data or use bots/scrapers; attempt to breach security or access accounts that are not yours; upload malware; or use the Platform to send spam or infringe others’ rights.
Creating a job-seeker account and applying to roles is free. Certain Employer plans and services are paid, as described at sign-up or in a separate order. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated. We may change fees prospectively with notice.
The Platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by NexHires and protected by law. You retain rights to Content you submit and grant NexHires a license to host, display, and use it to operate and promote the service. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform without permission.
The Platform may include content from Employers, Job Seekers, and third parties. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content or external sites you access through the Platform.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that any Job Seeker will be hired, that any role will be filled, or that listings, matches, or information are accurate, complete, or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexHires will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 100.
You agree to indemnify and hold NexHires harmless from claims and expenses arising from your Content, your use of the Platform, or your breach of these terms or applicable law.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the Platform or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Because NexHires operates across India and the United States, the governing law and venue for a given dispute will be as set out in the applicable order or, absent that, the jurisdiction of your primary use. The parties will attempt to resolve disputes informally before pursuing formal proceedings.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
