Vantra is hiring a Financial Analyst in Austin to own FP&A and reporting for its US business. A domestic US role for a US-based candidate. What you'll do - Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis - Build and maintain financial models - Partner with leadership on headcount and hiring plans - Produce board-ready reporting and KPI dashboards - Improve the close process and financial controls What we're looking for - 3+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking - Advanced Excel / Google Sheets; comfort with a BI tool - Strong grasp of SaaS metrics (ARR, burn, CAC, LTV) - Authorized to work in the US Location & logistics Hybrid from Austin (2–3 days on-site).
