Job Summary We are looking for experienced Relationship Managers (RM) with hands-on experience in Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) sales. The ideal candidate should have strong customer acquisition skills, knowledge of the home loan sales process, and an active network of DSA/DST channels in the local market. Candidates should have a proven ability to achieve sales targets and build strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and business associates. Key Responsibilities Generate Home Loan and LAP business through direct sourcing and DSA/DST channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, DSTs, builders, and connectors. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement. Achieve assigned monthly and annual business targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and documentation. Develop and maintain strong local market presence.
