Meridian is hiring a UX Designer (remote, US) to craft intuitive, research-driven experiences for its US product. A domestic US role on our US-based design team. What you'll do - Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma - Run usability tests and translate findings into better UX - Contribute to and use our design system - Partner with PM and Engineering from idea to launch - Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design What we're looking for - 3+ years in UX / product design with a strong portfolio - Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools - Experience running lightweight user research - Authorized to work in the US Location & logistics Fully remote within the US.
